Out Of Sight Market is a private network of investors buying and renovating property off-market. A listing puts your business in front of them at the point where they are costing a rehab — and lets them invite you to a project without publishing the address to anyone else.
What a listing publishes
- Your business name, trade and service area
- Your licence number, its recorded status, and the date it was checked
- Projects you choose to publish, with photos
- The contact details you enter — nothing else
How you appear
- Listings are ordered by service area, then by whether a licence is confirmed active
- Nothing on the page grades, scores or promotes one business over another
- No badge stands in for the record — the number and its status are the listing
- Members compare the same facts for every business in the directory
What you owe us
- $40/mo for a published listing — and no cut of your contract
- You contract with and invoice the member directly
- You keep your own insurance, bonding and licensing
- You can unpublish your listing at any time

The account is free. You build your profile, add your work and enter your licence number at no cost — the Contractor Listing at $40/mo is what publishes the listing to the directory and opens it to private project invitations.
Contractors listed on Out Of Sight Market operate independently and are not employees or agents of Out Of Sight Market. OOSM does not perform construction work, negotiate construction contracts, or hold payments.
